Comments: Loch responded immediately to my call and was able to work us into his schedule to accommodate the holidays. Our electrician ran long with their installation and it was necessary for Loch to start a few hours later than was scheduled, which he did without complaint. He was punctual and once here, proved to be a consummate professional as his patch work and texture match turned out beautifully. The other companies that offered me bids were not only a great deal higher than Loch, they prepared me for the worst and let me know that their repairs would definitely be noticeable. NOT a great way to start out with any contractor! I will have Loch back in the future without question.

Unfortunately, the drywall texture does not match the original, so after we painted the walls, you could definitely see the difference. Also, I think a lot of these contractors are use to constructions sites and don't take the time to protect carpet and keep stuff from splattering as they work (paste splattered quite a bit and white paste all over the carpet). Worth it to me to not have to play phone/scheduling tag and actually have someone show-up when they say (actually he was about 2 minutes early!). Quality of work was VERY good, almost imperceptible. All in all a great experience, would recommend and would use LK again. And if you are wondering why only 4.5 stars, to give 5 stars would be amazing work AND would require zero clean-up from me (along with showing up when you say). 5 minutes cleaning up afterwords... Comments: Loch was on time and on task! Two of my favorite qualities in a contractor... Our drywall repair job was declined by 2 other contractors due to high ceilings being hard to reach. They are 20 feet high at the peak, but Loch managed it on his own. He even touched up two spots in other rooms for no additional cost. Drywall texture matching can be hard when you are patching something up. It was perfect in most of the spots, but needed a second pass at some of the high spots. He came right back out to touch it up for no additional cost and it looks great now. Very satisfied!
